We currently ship within India, subject to courier service availability at your delivery PIN code. International shipping is not currently available.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day. Processing may take longer during festivals, promotional sales, or periods of high demand.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, transport disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on applicable factors such as order weight, delivery location, and courier service.

The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free-shipping offers will be subject to the conditions specified in the relevant promotion.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address, PIN code, recipient name, and mobile number are accurate and complete.

Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delivery delays or failed delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your details. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

7. Failed Delivery and Returned Orders

If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the shipment is refused, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the shipment to us.

Any applicable re-shipping charges and available options will be communicated to the customer.

8. Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs or videos of the package, shipping label, and affected product. Retain the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

We will review your concern and communicate an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund and Replacement Policy and applicable law.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Cancellation depends on the processing and dispatch status of your order and our applicable cancellation and refund terms.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
